Mondays Does anyone else wake up feeling like th

Mondays Does anyone else wake up feeling like they need another hour of sleep? In my 20’s I sacrificed sleep for fun and I think now that I’m in my 40s it has caught up to me 🤣
9 hours would be ideal!
8 would probably be ‘enough’
7 is usually about where I land. 🤣 Meanwhile my hubby catches 5hrs of sleep every night and never complains about being tired 😜

Sunday Vibes Sunday is my ‘rest’ day.
I sleep in. (Today’s wake up was 9:30! 🙌)
I watch racing (today it’s Nascar in Texas AND Formula 1 in Miami 🏁)
I get ALL the laundry done (because I refuse to do laundry more than 1 day a week)
I get to completely decompress before the week begins. I love my Sundays!
