Miss Hadley was 5 weeks fresh when she came in for her newborn session. While I usually photograph babies somewhere around the 2 week range, on occasion I have babies come in that are a little bit older. I explain to parents that because baby is a little older, it’s likely they will be much more awake and alert. It’s also a bit more challenging to get those sleepy, curlier poses. But Hadley proved me wrong! Not only did she cooperate for all the sleepy curly poses, she even had a nice streak of wide awake time when I was able to capture some gorgeous eye-open images of her staring right at me.
